Order are generally dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation unless and item is temporarily backordered or if additional verification is needed for your order (i.e. bad address, fraud prevention). Packages are generally shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with signature confirmation required, please let us know in your order comments and we will include it at no additional charge.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We may add tape over liquid products to help prevent leakage. If an item arrives damaged or an order arrives incorrect, please contact us immediately for assistance. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
